Story

We train our body to be strong, and our mind and spirit to be patient, in order to become the best human beings we can be. Karate is a spiritual endeavor, a way to develop a person as an individual but it may not be for everyone.
As a promoter of fitness, good health, and wellness, Sarah's School of Martial Arts has created more opportunities for you and /or your child to keep active making it easier for you to make exercise a lifelong habit.
In developing SSOMA fitness, we started providing other fun alternative activities that fit the family’s budget and time commitments.
