Long time Nissan owner, first time Gordie Boucher Nissan customer. This was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and I have bought many cars in my lifetime. The friendly atmosphere, the knowledge and they didn't waste my time. The whole process was smooth and timely. No pressure tactics! I have found my new Nissan dealership. Scott Foote is awesome!
The overall buying experience was great! The service on the other hand not so much! We worked with a gentleman named Duke, and he was super nice and knowledgeable. I just think if they are not able to fix a different vehicle besides Nissan they should not be selling them. Both of the issues with my Chevy product that I bought there 2 weeks ago both of the answers were take it to Chevy! I feel as if they didn’t want to deal with it. Like I said I bought the car two weeks ago and they should fix it but now I have to go to a Chevy dealer and spend money to fix the problem they should stand behind seeing as in I just bought it
I worked with Nick. He was hands down the nicest salesman i ever met. He was so kind. I normally don’t like working with sales people. He honestly felt more like a friend then a salesman. Everyone was amazing. The gentleman in finance was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. i have already told people they have to go to this particular dealership.

While we are from California, our kids are in Chicago for college. They had terrible car repair experience out there so we took a chance while visiting Milwaukee. We were impressed with a knowledgeable and immediate assessment of the issue experienced plus the care to other repairs and corrections needed. Duke was helpful and amazing. The car is running so much better now.
We just picked up a 2023 Altima from Nick, our sales rep. He was phenomenal. Answered all our questions and was very attentive through the whole process. Trading in my wife's car was a breeze and financing was great. Now only if I could get that Frontier Pro4X.
New customer on referral, I had oil change, transmission fluid exchange. Staff was professional. When I called because it was longer than expected, service staff finished my vehicle within the hour. I found out how important customer satisfaction is. I was very appreciative of the shuttle service. Judy was great.
First time ever at this dealership, for a repair. Making the appointment was easy and Duke, the service advisor, was very knowledgeable. When we dropped the car off we were greeted and helped immediately. Work was finished before the promised time and was done right, the first time.
Reception was polite, informative and my car was serviced within a reasonable time. Services and recommendations were offered. I’ll be back! Wish they had the ability to approve all credit situations equally giving the customer what they need with a feasible plan.
I dropped my car off on a Tuesday to get a quote done, I was told I could take my car home before the business day was done. For the next four days every time I called asking to pick up my vehicle I was put on hold and told something different as to why they wouldn’t hand over my vehicle. It took till Friday for them to give me my keys, even though I had no service done on my car just a quote Not only did I not have my car for four days they didn’t have any rentals to offer. And the shuttle service was not very organized. The Uber they sent to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to get my car was 30 minutes late. I had to pay people every day to drive me to work since I had no vehicle and they were not letting me take my vehicle off the lot. Very disappointed in customer service in the service department. If there wasn’t time for my car to be looked at I would’ve preferred to be told that or told just to wait till Friday if that’s the soonest they could’ve looked at it. It then took them two days to type a very simple diagnostic report as to what they found wrong in the $8,000 quote.
