Recently purchased a Vegas yellow Audi TTS from Audi Milwaukee. My sales person Tyler was great and walked me through the trade in process. Had a flat tire passing through Milwaukee. Generally not a huge deal, but my car didn’t have a spare. Audi roadside assistance was able to tow me to the nearest service center and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I worked with Mo, my service advisor, and he was able to get my exact tire by the next morning and back on the road. Excellent, friendly, and customer service oriented establishment. Mo served me very well, and I appreciate it! Five stars.
I’ve finally found a dealership that I can just keep returning to! After working with Joey Quattro, I won’t be going to anyone else. I trust no matter what Audi I get in the future, he will hook me up with only the best. This was my first Audi I’ve bought and definitely won’t be the last. When that times comes again, he’ll be the guy I call. He makes sure you feel you’re leaving fully informed and confident in the car you’re buying. I definitely recommend working with Joey if you’re thinking of buying a new or used Audi, and believe me these cars don’t disappoint! Thank you for the amazing service and helping me check a goal off my list!
Great dealership to work with. I've purchased a BMW and my last 2 Audis with them. My husband also purchased his Mercedes thru IA. We like the convenience of the loaner vehicles and communication. Sam is wonderful to work with when looking to purchase or trade in and Joseph always makes sure any maintenance and scheduling goes smoothly.
First experience at a dealership ever, was very satisfied. Went in with the listing pulled up on my phone, got to test drive my car within 20 minutes of walking in, they answered all my questions thoroughly and believe me, I bombarded them and everyone there was just really friendly and professional to deal with. And quite frankly I feel that the price I paid for my used, but in amazing shape, Audi was very reasonable despite how insanely high car prices are right now even though there was no haggling lol. Like I honestly feel like even though my new-to-me car is a luxury vehicle, I feel like I came across the best deal in town just going off the prices vs. photos and odometer readings on other listings from the websites for other dealerships in this area. They seem to price their used vehicles very fairly here. Oh! And they printed off the carfax for me, so that was $50 saved right there.
Bought a super cool Q8 with the help of Tyler & Mo. Excellent guys ! I had just left a dealership & was considering a Benz GLE but the salesman new absolutely nothing about the car. Tyler knew EVERYTHING about the Q8 & I mean everything. From the software to the cool features like air suspension & different trim packages.. he knew. They make me feel like a superstar everytime I walk in. Appreciate the awesome service. Give that man a raise !
This is by far the worst service center I have ever had to deal with. Literally no communication at all. I was supposed to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up later in the afternoon and now I’m going without my car for multiple days without any end in sight. Every single person here will tell you that they’ll call you right back with more information and you’ll have to call them hours later prying for them to tell you anything. They are absolutely unwilling to work with you and have no ability to get anything done in a timely manner. I will never take my car here again and I strongly urge nobody else does either.
Needed gas tank replaced. Staff don’t reply to emails or calls. Ordered wrong tank. Had car for almost two months. They Left car open, unlocked on lot, car was ransacked, things stolen, door left open, battery went dead or was stolen. General manager said, replacing battery was a fair reimbursement. NEVER GO HERE!!!!
I purchased my car 67 days ago. They refused to let me register the car myself, and they still haven’t gotten around to doing it for me. In my state, I have 30 days to register a new car, so I’ve been unable to legally operate any vehicle for 37 days. They refuse to get back to me or provide an ETA. Because they aren’t responding to me and I don’t have transportation, I’ve had to contact the department of transportation and the BBB for help
