I just love Satya Jewelry! I have spent much more money than I should purchasing bracelets, and the first necklace in a long time. I have a much larger-than-average neck. Anita suggested an extension, and the necklace fits perfectly.
For a good reason, I have a hard time choosing jewelry from Satya: The gemstones and symbols all have special meaning. Matching them to my mood(s) and need(s) is challenging, but fun. the choices are great - and it helps that they are pretty.
This past Saturday, I shopped at their Brookfield store. Anita, the salesperson who helped me was so professional, kind, patient, and helpful! In the past, I shopped at the Columbus Avenue store, and found the staff to be just as helpful!
I cannot wait to make my next purchase!

The jewelry at Satya is unique and high quality. Each of the pieces that they have on display in the kiosk in Columbus Circle has a tag that explains the meaning of the piece, either based on the design of the jewelry or the particular gemstone. While the Satya kiosk is only a small space, they have a lot of beautiful pieces of jewelry to choose from. The salesgirls were also helpful in finding a piece that was meaningful and personal.

Great service and reasonable prices! I love doing business at a neighborhood shop, rather than the big, impersonal box stores.

I work in the area, I was interested in getting a necklace, ring and some earrings from Satya @ the Columbus Circle location, 2nd floor but that nasty , insulting bitchy, snobbish woman that works there along side the gentlemen turned me off from Satya permanently. Long story short, I am a plus sized lady and most of their standard collection necklaces are 16 to 18 inches and wouldn't fit my neck comfortably or lay right right around my neck without rolling, In addition because I am plus sized their rings are cut petite and only go up to a size 8 of which I wanted to wear the ring on my middle finger and would need a size 9. Obviously the store line doesn't cater to the plus size population and therefore I mentioned that perhaps they could provide feedback to the management team about expanding their line to accommodate larger fingers and necks, i.e.. Get ready for this... The snooty lady looked me over, sucked in her breath and said well you will just have to find something in here that will fit your 4th finger then and she walked away as if she was dismissing and or discarding me as a worthwhile customer to Satya. The gentlemen tried to clean it up by advising that I could always go online and write into customer service that way and express my concern / desire regarding an expansion to the line to accommodate larger fingers/ necks. I felt so upset about the way I was insulted and then dismissed by that insensitive comment as if though I am less than equal because I needed a size 9 and her best customer solution / satisfaction response to me was: "you'll just have to find something to fit your 4th finger then"! I walked out and am no longer ever interested in buying anything Satya and felt terrible too!. They can kiss my plus sized ass and I will spend my hard earned dollars where I am appreciated as a customer.
