If it's possible to rate no star at all, that is what this company deserves. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Several times I've ordered from them and several times my orders have arrived with item or items missing. When l called, l was asked to call back & speak with "Kevin" the manager, he's the only one that can give a refund, this guy on the phone can only issue store credit, but then no one knows when Kevin will be in the store, l just have to keep calling till whenever. I explained this is not the first time l paid for items that never arrived and my only option is always to get a store credit which l will then have to place another order and pay separate shipping in order to use the store credit so each time, it's costing me more money. They are rude, mean, no empathy and so unprofessional. I will never order from them anymore. New customers should beware.
