We love shopping Blue Sky! Always ahead of the trends when we buy in the store and if we order online we get the delivery days later. Very happy with them!!

I have been shopping here for years and I have to say. They have great trendy products but terrible customer service. I was profiled. Ordering Online is terrible as there is no way to track the order status. Forget about getting an email response. Shopping in person is much better, but the staff needs to be better trained in regards to customer service.

Gross rooms the bathrooms are old the carpet has mold and stains and had hair on the bed sheets the worst hotel ever!! I don't recommended this place at all

Here's another company that disrespects it's customers. I ordered wholesale from their website. They ship out orders late and they DO NOT answer customer emails!!! I emailed them a few times, inquiring about my order and did not ONCE receive a reply. Do not order from them. They flat out disrespect their customers and they do not care. If this is how they treat their online customers, the level of customer service in-store musn't be much different.

They have beautiful items that I would love to purchase but NEVER again will I order from them. I placed a wholesale order with them March 7 here it is 3-13 and I have still not received any items. I looked on there website to see when will I receive my order and it still states processing. For me to have paid $10 for shipping it should have been express. On top of that when I called the customer service is horrible. I tried to stay polite since I have had many many customer service jobs and no they way it should be done but Im very upset. If it wasn't for this I wold continue to order from them but Im and DONE with this bootleg company. And when asked when should I be receiving my order the woman stated either this week or next week. What kind of mess is that. She siad becuz she has other orders, well if you cant handle it maybe you should go into another business
