Stay away from this store, the manager is extremely racist. I was told that I could shop (despite not being a member), as long as I purchased $50 worth of jewelry. In fact, there is a sign on the storefront, which I took a picture of. I was given a shopping cart by one of the sales employee to place the jewelry in while I shopped. With the assistance of of an employee I was able to pick out a number of pieces of jewelry and I was still shopping, when out of nowhere, the manager (an Asian woman) attempted to kick me out at 5:30pm. (The store closes at 6:00 pm and there were several other people in the store. She only approached me). When I questioned why she was only targeting me, she proceeded to follow me in the store and ridicule me in front of the other customers, mentioning that I was not a member out loud and smirking at me. She let all the white customers shop in the store without harassing them. I was offended and disgusted by her behavior. I left all the jewelry in the shopping cart and walked out. I am attorney, I have been practicing for 14 years and I intend on filing a formal complaint against the owner(s), and the manager. Her behavior was completely acceptable and discriminatory.

This is a wholesale store . You have to have a sales and use tax registration certificate in order to shop here there is a $50 minimum. They did jump right on me when I walked in asking for my license. Then when I said I have everything they need to shop here and presented my paperwork which I understood and did not mind giving it to him to verify, then he told me what kind of business is this I told him what it was and that I sold Boutique items and jewelry as well as have a hairdressing business going at the same place. He goes well you need a Jewelers something or other. I told him I never had in any other wholesale store that this identification was just fine everywhere else it has always been accepted .He then decided to let me go ahead and Shop although it was at the end of the day I did not have time enough to pick out more than $50 worth. I had to leave and told him I'd be coming into the city in a week .So I'd be back then when I had more time. We'll see how it goes then .but the brief run through I did, I liked what I was seeing. Until next time I'll let you all know. We'll we were back again the last 15 mins they were open . A different reception was had this time they were way more friendly this time and I was able to fly through and pick out at least $60 worth but had I had more time the damage would have been much more significant I'm not. Complaining it will be going back but for sure at least a couple hours before their closing time. Sorry they don't allow pictures otherwise I would have taken many of thdm and posted them just so you can see the beautiful stuff that's in here. So sorry. But they do have a Web site with oictures

They have a great selection of well price items, and the salespeople are super friendly and helpful.
Here is where I'm split - the managing staff does not have a good focus on customer service. They are consistently rude to their buyers.
I guess it's a new york boutique with a new york attitude?
but the snobbish down right mean attitude makes me uncomfortable.twice in the past year i walked out of there and made an order elsewhere, even though I love the stores stock.
They pounce on you the second you walk through the door asking for the card with looks on their faces like 'who ARE you, how dare you enter' (yes i have a card! I run an extremely busy boutique in brooklyn even if i'm dressed in streetwear - i like to be comfy when I shope) and they have suuuuuuch attitude. literally looking down their noses like those english butlers in the movies. almost comical.
They have signs everywhere 'any items you take in your cart that you don't buy are subject to a restocking fee'
you know what, I run a store. sometimes my customers end up leaving items at the counter. yes its annoying but that's part of retail, you know?
maybe they feel they are exclusive and upscale enough to be picky with their customers. but its not a good business model bc if anyone opens up equal competition they will lose their customer base very quickly.
basically, if you've got new york skin, this is a great place to get stock for your store. if you're a sensitive small town girl you will feel very stupid buying here.

They have a great assortmant of Jewelry and I have had good expierences before, but the last tim I went I was disappointed. I'm a local owned small business and I have a budget set to spend when I go in there. I have spent ove $10,000 in this store, so I would like to consider myself a valued customer. The last time I went in there I had a $1000.00 budget set for this trip and when I got to the register I went over by $200.00 so I asked to put some back and after I paid the lady at the register says to me "Next time you come here and don't buy everything you put in your cart we are going to cancel your membership" I was appalled. I understand there interest in not having to put back what people don't want to buy, but if I told my customers that I woud not have any. There good selection in jewelry doesn't give them a pass to have poor customer service. Also there website has been down for a while as well that would help with ordering smaller orders. There are is an overwhelming amount of stores in that area that sell most of the same stuff at around the same prices. I will think twice about shopping here on my next months trip. I go every month.
