Dani is a con artist nor cares about his customers at all. He had made my wife's engagement ring decent (eventho I had to have it redipped elsewhere after only 3 months bc he used such a low grade white gold) so I contacted him for my wedding band (my mistake) and he screwed the pooch, eventually giving up on the job 2 weeks before my big day. My ring was simple and what he tried to sell me was anything accept what I wanted and then he slapped together scraps and tried to sell me a piece of garbage that looked nothing like what I had asked for (and yes I have pictures if anyone would like.) They even offered me a 200$ credit for the inconvenience which I will never use. Now 3 months after my wedding and having to get a ring elsewhere on extremely short notice he contacted me pining for business (business must be slow for him to reach out to someone he forgot he screwed over right before their wedding.) Dont screw people over right before their wedding Dani, it leaves a really bitter taste. I did not even care to leave a review after my wedding ring fiasco until today when he messaged me this morning. It really hit a nerve. You Dani have some balls to ask me for business after what you did to me and are a bad person. I hope this review dissuades anyone who reads this from ever doing business with you.

Dani is the best! I am a repeat customer at 47 st closeouts and have continuously gotten the best deals, high quality jewellery and friendly and professional customer service from him and Laura! I highly recommend to all my friends and family! 5 stars

If I could give a zero or negative star I would. My now husband purchase my 2.10 ctw princess cut platinum engagement ring in dec 2014. Since then my ring has gone back to be fixed 3 times because the soldering under my center stone has become black. It looks to be tarnishing. How does platinum tarnish???? after doing some research and was able to find out you can't solder platinum to platinum. so you used a LOW grade white gold or silver to solder the stone setting to the ring.. The first time I sent my ring back mind you I paid for it to be mailed back to NY since I am in phila the ring was gone about a week. when I got it back it was nice an shiny but the setting was still a little dull. I told my then fiancé that the ring still didn't look right. so he called Danny and told us that he wasn't in the shop the day the ring was repaired an to send back again. So again we mailed back the ring was there about a week. The week goes by and I come home from work to find a small package in my door. It was my ring. They claim to send back with a signature required but that was not the case. About a month goes back and the same thing the ring starts to tarnish AGAIN. I email Danny no response my fiancé contacted them again and request for us to send back. We do and again the ring looks ok for a little bit still tarnishes. We were married in October this past year and since I had my wedding band made some where else I wanted to see if they could fix the mistake that this jeweler never fixed. Needless to say don't bother with this place, there jewelry isn't anything to talk about.

Love Dani and 47th street close outs. I’ve bought and sold jewelry with this company for many years. They are honest, fair and have the best selection to choose from . Dani has designed many pieces of jewelry for me and today he outdid himself. Wouldn’t trust anyone else but this company. Happy, happy customer. Trust, integrity and quality.........47th street closeouts is the BEST!
