Great website, merchandise is always as pictured. Normally ships out same day if ordered in the morning. I love that the invoicing also includes a picture of each piece of merchandise.

I've been  ordering from Bijoux for a couple of years now and, without exception, the customer service is outstanding. From carefully packing orders, to fast shipping to follow-up on inquiries, I have been well pleased. I just got done unpacking and inspecting my latest order and everything is exactly as it should be. Bijoux is also good at keeping in touch with their client base, advising of new arrivals and re-stocks. I am quite pleased.
