Save a lot has reasonable and affordable prices. A decent inventory. You can find many brand name items, as well as off brand products also. Definitely a bigger bang for a buck! If your looking to stretch a dollar, then it's worth checking them out before your next grocery haul elsewhere.
Prices are getting higher and the I'm not saving a lot when I go there I know the cost of living has risen, but things like the cans of spaghetti are only 20 cents cheaper than the regular market. I do not feel I'm saving a lot. I buy by the case when I go there. I will say that it is always clean in there and you will get friendly service. They just need to lower their prices just a tad bit on somethings.
Hi. I am an area resident that helps keep litter under control in the area. I try to go through your parking lot once a week. Today I was near the trash receptacles. There is so much trash over there in the big bins and all over the ground. Neighbors are complaining. Will this be completely picked up and cleaned? They want to call L&I but I thought it would be better to address first with store owners. We contact T mobile also. There trash area is really bad. Thanks for helping us keep our neighborhood beautiful!
Kinda like if Aldi and Dollar General made a store together. Prices are fairly normal to cheap. Of the few Savealot brand food items I've tried, I haven't had anything to complain about yet. Meat prices okay, but slightly pricey right now due to the closing of meat plants from COVID. Very average, but better prices than ShopRite. No fresh bakery items of dairy items, but it makes sense since they're trying to keep their prices low.
Nice customer service, not too crowded. Clean, plenty of products to choose from. Prices so cheap, love it. Like to come back shopping again and again. Thanks.
This place has become our new favorite. I have never been here before and well I've been here 14 years! Our Aldi closed for renovations. And well, we like deals and don't like to spend a ton of money. We are starting to really like the store! The deals are great, produce is fresh and good. They have everything we need. We get the basics, then hit BJ's for certain items and last but least Acme to finish usually a couple of things and that's it. I have to tell you, we really like the staff there. They are so friendly. They smile and say hi. The security guards chat with you if you are open to it. We can walk there it's so close! Aldi well, you might have lost a customer. Why would we drive there when we could just hop in the car for 2 minutes or walk. It's going to be a tough choice. We don't like gigantic stores either. Just get the paper plates and essentials we are happy with that. Thanks guys for being so welcoming! Great deals and smiles makes our day!
Over all prices are fair and most of the times staff is friendly and willing to help, there is just one cashier who i think being therw long enough to hate her job, but thankfully i dont think she works full time. Produce is cheap but reflects on quality over all you get what you pay and they have great deals.
They don't practice social distance here, everyone doesn't wear masks, including one of the cashier's and stock workers. Very uncomfortable. But the store was clean and well stocked.
I usually call this store "Save-A-Little". The butter and margarine increased in price. Bags of goodies and sugar increased in price. Store isn't clean, usually there's always one register open. This store still comes in handy though and there's that one cute light skin lady that works at save a lot on Washington Ave.
All the Vegetables are bad and they never check to see the fruits or vegetables or any meats that went bad. I am never going to buy food there again. Me n my family aren't trying to get food poisoning from bad food from there
