I had an issue with my compound bow and Aaron in the archery department was able to work with the manufacture to get it warrantied and also provide free labor. The issue was not the fault of the manufacture or Scheels but Aaron went above and beyond to handle it. Customer service is top notch. I've also had a similar past experience with Aaron in the archery department.

I am so happy with my experience at scheels I would highly recommend buying hunting and fishing gear from them they stand behind there product 100 percent... I have bought gear from other places and never felt so secure with my buy they are an outstanding store and will be getting all my future purchases anyone who reads this please buy from them if you dont your just wasting your money!!!$

Great selection of items. Though they can be a but expensive. We come in more to look than to shop because of this. But the staff is always smiling and says hi to us every time we come into the store. They have a pretty neat play structure for the kids in the back of the store, a mini bowling alley, and cool simulator.
