Schlotzsky's

Rude black lady who's wearing glasses tried to get us to pay more by charging us for items we never ordered like chips and a soft drink! She acted like she didn't want to work here and was rude to us, first time customers! She said she didn't want to serve us and didn't need our money so Schlotzsky's lost us as customers and we gave our business to a different restaurant that treated us like nicely and with respect. This was my first and last time to this restaurant! If I could give zero stars I would!

I went to the Schlotzsky located at 3850 Las Vegas blv. As I was ordering my friend was on the phone to get our other friends order not even 5 seconds passed by and the cashier should have been patient but she told us to HURRY UP SO I CAN GO ON BREAK. Once she said that my mood went down I didn’t want the food anymore but it was too late. The food sucks by the way very dry not worth it go to fat burger there across with better customer service skills.

Ordered the Smokecheezy, the original, Caesar salad, and cheese soup via UberEats. When I recieved it, they got our order wrong. Two smokes, two originals, and the chips I didn't ask for. I seen the bad reviews from this schlotzskys, and now I know why. I do NOT recommend this location of schlotzskys. Terrible service.Food: 3/5

Very rude lady taking orders. Owners need to take a look at these reviews and her performance. Most other businesses had relatively long lines when this one didn't. Perhaps her attitude is turning people away. Felt almost attacked by her rudeness and disrespectful attitude. She needs to be fired

disappointed by this by location to say the least. Third attempt at trying this location's sandwiches, and it missed the mark AGAIN. First, they only serve sandwiches. Second, they didnt have salami for the Turkey Original. Third. The bread was baked terribly. Fourth the pics can speak for itself. The sandwich was put together and packaged terribly. Do yourselves a favor. If you want Schlotzskys visit the other location up on Charleston and Arville. Their location may look like a dump, but their food is up to Schlotzskys standards.

Not the Schlotzskys I remember. Bread wasn't baked to Schlotzskys standard of what I remember. It was just bla.. All items have generic branding. Pepsi products and not coke. No cookies and desserts. If you want Schlotzskys go to the other location in town. This one isn't it.Food: 2/5

Unbelievable! First, we were welcomed by an empty counter and no employees. After a long wait someone finally arrived to take our order. Before paying we noticed the prices on the screen were different than the ones posted on the menu boards. After we questioned the employee, she told us the posted prices were wrong and we'd have to pay the new prices. Only when we refused did she change them to match the board. Then when we tried to pay for our Schlotzsky's meal from the Schlotzsky's restaurant with our Schlotzsky's gift card we were informed that they couldn't take our payment. Let's add this one to the AVOID list! They've got real issues here!

Great place - the only one that serves soups, fast service, friendly staff, tasty food, gluten free and vegetarian option, cold water and nice juices. Enjoy

I like Scholtzky's, but this location is truly disappointing. They only serve half of their regular menuno flatbread, pizza or soup but they service it's so slow that you would rather go somewhere else than wait here

Ha. Please go spend your money elsewhere. So many better places to spend your $8+ I will say the person working this counter was all alone, and didn’t have help with either taking orders or making sandwiches.
