We started our firm in 1989 as young lawyers who thought we could do better and be happier on our own than where we were practicing in the more structured firms where we began our careers. We were fortunate then as now to have clients that like the way we do things, and who understand, as we do, the value in a long-term business relationship – particularly when it comes to legal counsel.
