Scott Cleaners

Would not go there. took 3 items in. They could not find 2 of them bedspread and dust ruffle then 3 days later find them and I have to drive to Edmond to pick one up and the other at the May location and they still charged me full price. Avoid.

My first time trying Scott Cleaners, I took in my white comforter. It had been stained by my dog. When I dropped it off the lady at the front desk was so nice. She mentioned how "she loved taking care of her customers" and proceeded to giving me a coupon. She saved me some money. When I picked up the comforter a few days later all the stains had been removed. I was also very pleased that my comforter hadn't lost any of its softness. In the past, I had taken other comforters to different places-- and it seemed every time I picked them up, they had become very flat, dull and hard. Overall great experience.

Started coming here a few months ago when I moved to this side of town. Nice little shop. I take 5 shirts here every week, and they always come back pressed and starched exactly how I want them to. Great price too. The only thing I've brought here are dress clothes, so I guess I can't comment on other services. But, they do a great job with my shirts for a good price.

The WORST customer service! We've used the 63rd & May location over the past 3 years shame on us for going back. 1 The middle-aged, female clerk usually at this location is consistently rude to me and my boyfriend during the drop off/pick up process. Crack a smile sometime, lady! 2 The first time I picked up clothes, I misplaced my receipt hey, it happens!. She insisted that Scott Cleaners accepts no responsibility for items if you cannot produce a receipt at pick up. They were not busy, but the clerk required that I go through the stack of receipts from the past 90 days to locate the receipt. I found it and discovered she misspelled my name when she entered it into the computer system. 3 I did not pick up a dress for approximately 40 days again, it happens, and she told me I was lucky because they donate clothing if items are not picked up within 30 days. 4 My boyfriend dropped off a suit before 9:00 am on a Monday, and they told him it wouldn't be ready until Thursday after 5:00 pm. 5 When dropping off items, don't you dare start saying or spelling your name until she asks you to do so. She will cut you off. We've taken our business to Legacy Cleaners at 49th & Western. They are consistently friendly. In by 9, out by 5!

I took my shirts to City Cleaners on 63rd and pointed out a few small stains on 2 shirts I checked all shirts completely before taking them in so I would know if I had stains that needed to be removed and they completely ruined one of my dress shirts and didn't clean the other. The original stain that I asked to have removed on one was still there and the other shirt had a TON of some kind of chemical splatters all over the front of the shirt and sleeve. The owner, Mark, proceeded to tell me that the new stains were already there. These shirts have been worn twice, for those that are curious, and I would have noticed these HUGE stains on my shirt while checking before bringing them to be cleaned. Not only that, but the original stains were small and weak!! Nothing major! Guess that's $180 down the drain. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE!!

There are so time to collect blankets for the shelters and then they clean them for free

The only thing that I don't like about this place is getting stuck trying to turn out during rush hour -- which is when I pick up my laundry after work.

Fairly slow turnaround time and the older women working there is consistently rude.
