Scotts Flowers NYC

I wanted to send flowers, chocolates and a candle to my cousin who is visiting NYC. Was having trouble placing the order online so phoned Scotts. Spoke to Robert hope I remembered his name correctly! who was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked if I could have a photo of the items before delivery. No problem! I received, via email, an order confirmation, then a photo and then a confirmation of delivery. The bouquet was lush and beautiful. And who doesn’t love a Nest candle and delicious chocolates? Everything was easy and seamless and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scotts or to use them again. Quality products and excellent customer service!

Scott’s flowers is the most perfect flower there ever is. There are so many options to choose from where it be fresh flower or dried/preserved. My college I were greeted by Johnny and he is the best ever ! He was so helpful & patient & super informative. He was so knowledgeable about everything they carried. Delivery was prompt and arrived upon all requests made. Can’t wait to visit again

Beautiful arrangements and my African King couldn't be more happy with this surprise! Was delivered to the hotel and brought up to our room! From the wonderful flowers to the chocolates to the candle! Everything was a perfect way to express my love! Thanks and I look forward to ordering again!

My parents sent my husband and I this beautiful arrangement for our anniversary. It came packaged so nicely and the flowers are absolutely gorgeous and so fresh!! I had to come on here and give them a review for their work. And now I have a new spot I will order flowers from!!

I got hung up trying to order online since I live outside the US, so I kind of panicked because I wanted these flowers to get to my daughter that day. I called as soon as the shop opened and got Robert on the phone. He just took care of business and told me not to worry about anything. They are the best! I've been using Scotts for over 20 years from back when they had a shop with 2 bears on 23rd Street. Their flowers are super fresh; they are very artistic and colorful without being pretentious. I am a jewelry designer and very fussy about colors. I use them for large and small events and am never disappointed. Plus their staff is so accommodating and patient.

Scotts Flowers did an amazing job with preparing me the Tiffany's bouquet for my engagement proposal. Flowers arrived on time and were very fresh. They were also nice enough to include the white vase as shown in the picture with my order. Would highly recommend anyone to use their services!
