Most cultures in the world use some sort of starch to corral their food on their plate and wrap it up so they can eat it in one delicious bite. Why? Because lots of food just tastes better together. At Scratch Burrito and Happy Tap, we provide global cuisine in a portable and familiar way; the burrito. Best enjoyed over a few pints of local brew.

In addition to burritos, we make empanadas, quesadillas, salads, and nosh items. Kids menu provided for your mini-foodies and breakfast served on weekends, complimented by Silver Canyon Coffee from Boulder, CO.
Our bar menu includes wine, liquor, draft and bottled beer.
