Scratch Ice Cream

I'm giving one star for the person at the counter with the bubbly personality. Unfortunately that's all I can offer because I discovered a HAIR, INTERTWINED with my ice cream scoops. It was thin and blonde so definitely not mine. I immediately felt sick and had to toss the rest. If there was a hair in this ice cream tub, what does that say for the others?

#veganoptions They have the best vegan chocolate ice cream. So smooth and creamy. Love it. It just is not always available. Ive had the Dirt Cake, good but wow too sweet for me. Love that it is made local. Friendly staff.

They have carrot cake ice cream!!!! And it tastes just like carrot cake! Also super friendly service.

Reasonable enough prices. Good tasting icecream. Very helpful man across the counter. Salted caramel cheesecake was soooooo good. But the dirt road was only average. Still good but not as good as the cheesecake

Literally the best vegan ice cream I have ever had. Texture was PERFECT and it wasn’t too sweet/base wasn’t noticeable like some other places. Got the gingerbread…10/10

My boyfriend got a scoop of Salted Caramel in a waffle cone and I got a scoop of Dirt Cake in a dish. O.M.G. Both were amazing but the Dirt Cake was my favorite. It was not an artificial tasting chocolate. It was like semisweet Dutch cocoa with satisfying chocolate cookie bits in it. This is real ice cream with high quality ingredients - you can taste it in the first bite! The servings were generous so I didn't mind paying $4.50 for a scoop. I can't wait to go back for more.

Really great ice cream. Have tried the mint, salted caramel waffle and coffee. All were really good but the salted caramel waffle was especially stand out, it just tasted so buttery and creamy. As someone who loves and knows good ice cream, i can highly recommend this place. I thought the prices were very reasonable too! Drop a like on this review if it helped you!

This is Milwaukee’s best new ice cream shop! Scratch Scoop is the start of a new local favorite for the state that does dairy BEST. Kopps, Culver’s, you’ve got another flavor-sister on the block. PHENOMENAL!

So good. I dont like ice cream, but I bravely tried this and it was SO good. The dirt cake and Door County cherry were amazing. The attendant was also super nice.

Liked the ice cream, wide variety of flavours, tastes good. I had birthday cake and cookies, it was a pleasurable moment.
