The service is superb. The frozen yogurt isn't bad either I enjoyed my entire experience from the moment I walked through the door, all the way up until I ate my last bite of froyo.

For the 1st time going there Staff was friendly Frozen yoghurt was really great App.

Pretty fair prices, nice staff, a good selection of frozen yogurt flavors and lots of toppings. Nice little place.

Taking lots of precautions during the pandemic which is very nice, but kind of takes the fun out of getting froyo. Delicious nonetheless! I also purchased a Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispy treat to split with my friends, however it was rock hard and not enjoyable. Stick to the froyo!

Every customer was greeted, but me, cashier gave me a hard time about paying with $100.00 asked her if she knew a place close who could break it, she just give me a dim look and says nothing. Then takes the next customer without finishing with me.

Love it there! Second time there and the froyo was great! But that wasn't the best part. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I felt so happy leaving there and I will be going again.

Yogurt tasted and smelled odd, we wound up throwing it away. Very small selection compared to other places. Melty. Toppings seemed fresh though

Yo Factory serves the BEST frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. I find froyo every time I travel & I’m telling you - nothing has ever compared. The staff is also incredibly friendly & welcoming. I love this place.
