Not the best customer service here. The older woman with blonde short hair was very distant and cold. Please work on your customer service.

I had a pleasant encounter at the store. Most of the scrubs are organized by size and I was able to receive in-depth help throughout the process. Chris helped me select the scrubs that were comfortable and fit well. Also, the turnaround time for the embroidery was 2 days. Very convenient based off my previous experiences.

My experience at scrubs direct was great. The associate was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find everything I needed. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

Great customer service

Per management, they still charge sales tax during tax free weekend. I also bought scrubs from Scrubs and Beyond, but there was no tax for a TAX-FREE weekend. Would not recommend this place because of this and limited selection of scrubs sizes/brands.

Such kind staff/ owner. I just picked up my order, and the lady gave me a pack of socks free when I bought shoes. So nice to have such kindness during this tough time of Covid.
