Sears Hometown Store

The staff here has always been super helpful. It is nice to have a location inside the mall where I can pick up a tool or two if I need them. They have a surprising quantity of household tools considering the size of the store.

Huge shout out to the Bozeman Sears store - Tyler in sales, and both delivery guys. The experience was great all around - great deals, quick Sears card application process, and the delivery guys (very friendly & professional) called me on their way to my house so I could meet them for the install of our new W/D. In a time where customer service seems to have gone the way of the dodo, Sears excels in ALL areas. Thank you!

One of the employees thought that my girlfriend and I were in the store to purchase large appliances. Devon was extremely helpful and generous. Honestly, just a good time looking around an appliance store learning riveting information about dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc. Would recommend the store to anyone.

I have shopped at Sears for 12 years & have wonderful appliances & yard & garden tools & Craftsman tractor lawnmower..My experience with the owners & sales people has been courteous & informative. Even if a product,once unboxed, is not working or is damaged, they have remedied the issue quickly. My experience has been excellent.

Sears Bozeman is great to work with! Over the last 11 years we have worked with the Bozeman crew for appliances and tv. I recommend working with Sears Bozeman-they know their stuff!
