Jason was very helpful. After walking in, explaining what we were doing, he dropped everything and came to our home. Measured, priced, and had samples laying out for us in 2 hours. Price was perfect and the color was exactly what we had wanted, when we looked through his choices. Installing was a few days later and all done in a 2 day time frame. The installer, was awesome and even helped my son with some guitar instructions. THANK YOU Pierce Carpet Mill for EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you Travis for the install.

I went into the store and was immediately greeted by friendly sales staff. She helped us pick out a carpet that best suited my needs with several dogs. Once we picked out the carpet I told her my schedule for install which was very tight with dealing with other contractors. She was able to line up a professional on time installer. The carpet was installed in one day when it was scheduled for two. The carpet looks great. Highly recommend this company.
