Sears Outlet

I highly recommend just paying full price and going to Home Depot or lowes. The delivery men that this store use are terrible. I wanted to inspect the washer and dryer for damaged before installation and the rude delivery man said he had other things to do and I needed to decide faster. It had only been about one minute at that point. Then they incorrectly installed my washer and dryer. It’s been one day and my washer doesn’t work. Don’t bother calling the store because the associates working there will tell you that you can return your product however the manager will tell you you can’t. No one knows their ass from their elbow here including the delivery men who are hooking up gas lines but have no formal training. I highly recommend going to see-more or Home Depot, pc Richard, anywhere but here. We are in the process on contacting sears corporate. Huge waste of time and headache and I’ve had the dryer for less than two days.

Scam artists at this location..watch Out! Prices differ from online unless you agree to buy overpriced service contracts (pretty sure thats not even legal) No wonder sears is going outta business!

Not only did we get a fantastic deal, but we had the best shopping experience here with Ozzy. He really took his time explaining all of our best options, and for an investment like buying a new washer/dryer, thats invaluable. Thank you for all of your assistance! We'll definitely be back if we have any other appliance needs!!
