I made a special trip to SEA MAR today on my way from Montana to the coast looking for a rolled steel halibut gaff hook. The salesman told me they had some but wouldn't sell me one because I didn't have a commercial license. ?? I went to LFS and got one. I guess I'll go there from now on.
