My car was hith2 months prior to me getting it in the shop for to this company not doing their part. I reached out to them many times a week and they just drug their feet. Once we finally started making moves they informed me that I had to pay for my rental and they would reimburse me. me point of contact is Andrew. He would never call back!!! Ever! This was a daily stress for me which I expressed to him. Still I was never a priority. I left daily messages to get the rental car situated. I was promised a call by end of business yesterday and here I am, no call and can't reach them. This is possibly the worst experience both as a customer and a human person that I've experienced. Not sure how they still run a business. I would never wish this company on my worst enemy.

They have all my medical records, a full account of what happened ON THE JOB - signed statement by my supervisor and still denied my claim, refusing to pay the medical bills and my worker's comp! They sicked a fake nurse with a bogus "cost management" company on me to try and minimize my injury, meddle in my affairs/treatment, and harass my doctor as well. So we go to court where they undoubtedly will lose. And I can only hope Victoria Clevenger is fired and somehow this company takes a financial loss as well. Thanks for nothing!

Sedgwick Claims Management Services and Lorna Graham are criminal and FedEx should be ashamed. I was hit by a FedEx truck. The driver was sited, because he was in the wrong. When he got out of his truck he said 'damn not AGAIN....I can't afford this'. Not only is FedEx putting dangerous drivers on the road, Sedgwick's actions in delaying/fighting payment for fixing my car has been terrible! It has been over two weeks since the accident. I've had my car repaired. Sedgwick has done NOTHING. Lorna waits two weeks to send me the Property Damage Release and says sorry but, they can't pay anything until I sign it. She offers NO explanation on the amount (what is included what is not). When I call, 5 minutes after the email, she doesn't pick up. She is mysteriously absent the rest of the day. 11am-5pm. I follow up on Monday and she is on vacation for a week. I've contacted her co-worker to follow up. I'm still waiting for a response. I realize that FedEx, and companies like them, hire Sedgwick's to mitigate cost but, in instances like this, where there is NO question to fault, I don't know why they can't just take care of it.

Sedgwick arbitrarily denies Utilization Reviews claiming they have done a peer-peer review when they have not. In fact my doctor call and left two messages for their doctor who never returned the call.

After being put in short term in 2 weeks was cut off when my health status did not change to give them any reason. After doing a appeal in december they are telling me to get all information to compensate they will know something by March 5th! So because they dont know how to do their job we have no payment while im unable to work for possible 3 1/2 months and we are going on 2 months already!
