See's Candies

I ordered lots of chocolates online and my order was never delivered. I wrote three emails to their costumer service and they never got back to me. I followed up by calling twice and then I came to know that their accounting team did not process my order. Well they took my money, and never cared to contact me and tell my why my items weren't delivered. It's almost 1 week post delivery date now and no one reached out to me. After me in investigating wasting my time and energy they just said that the billing address does not the delivery address. Ok??? What's the problem in that I'm staying in a hotel. I'm so disappointed. I will never order from See's ever again.

This store is amazing. My first experience with See's chocolate was in LA and I fell in love. Being from Barbados it is hard to get my hands on this amazing chocolate. After seeing there was a store in New York,I had to go .The staff are amazing and this one special guy helped me out so much he is an angel. Love From Barbados

While I'm a huge fan of See's and realize that quality comes at a price, I was confused as to why a custom box was 32.95/lb as opposed to the west coast and Online pricing of $26/lb. I always get a few boxes while visiting the west coast and was super excited that we now have a store in NYC. What I wasn't excited about was spending $38 on a box of chocolates. I also love that See's offers free samples with a purchase, but when I just spent $38 I was hoping to get something better than a cut up piece of marshmallow egg left over from Easter. Staff was friendly, but I wish pricing was consistent.
