I would avoid Sellers & Seekers Real Estate.  Sellers and Seekers had the responsibility to disclose inspection results by a date disclosed in purchase agreement, but did not disclose results or issues until day before closing.  Furthermore Sellers and Seekers has a D rating on the Better Business Bureau.  Please check out Sellers and Seekers Real Estate BBB review.
