Terrible customer service and dirty units. Had water leaking through the ceiling of my apartment within one week of moving in. It took over 6 hours to get someone out to look at it. When they did, all they did was set a fan. They made promises to fix things like missing screens after I moved in, that never happened. Buildings are dirty and not maintained. Think twice before renting from them. Overall experience has been very poor. Make sure you keep records of each transaction with them. Moving out should be interesting.

Teague was the perfect agent to help us buy our first house. As inexperienced newbies, we had lots of questions, which he always responded to quickly. He put in long hours on the weekend for us, and always had our best interests in mind. He made sure to come to the inspection, and help us understand everything that needed to be taken care of. I would confidently recommend him to anybody looking to buy a home in the Iowa City area!

Tania Drinkwater is a superprofessional manager who did much more than she was required to do to help me and my family find an apartment for rent in Iowa City and settle down. Communication with the company always went smooth. They have a nice online system for e-payments and maintenance requests. Highly recommended! We were completely satisfied with the apartment we rented and the service we got.

I have dealt with Westwind Real Estate for 7+ years as they were responsible for managing my property in Iowa City. Todd Case was always accessible and professional during every interaction (Personal or over the phone). I couldn't be more satisfied with there service. I even used there real estate services to sell my property. I hope to do business again with Westwind!

Let another group sign on a house after saying we could sign as soon as our applications ($30 each) were done. So four people spent $30 just to have the place yanked out from under us because they refused to give us a lease once we had our applications in! Glad we're not gonna end up renting from them. Oh and they're incredibly careless with the extraneous amounts of personal information they demand for applications.
