I ordered their new year special with the angry lobster noodles that was pretty good. The place has a nice environment and I sat at the bar which was nice to see how all the staff interacted with each other. It felt like they were all family/friends which makes for a nice vibe. When I first got there I waited at their sign that said wait to be seated for several minutes while it was not busy. After being sat the service was extremely quick and they brought everything out back to back as soon as I was done with the soup my entree appeared and same for my dessert.
I have been by here a couple times and usually it seems to be about half full . Today I was at the Palm's briefly and decided to get the Chicken Lettuce Wraps to go . Just something quick to eat for lunch at home . They were $14 and it had a good amount of ground chicken with spices and mushrooms , about 6 lettuce leaves , some crunchy white noodles , and what was supposed to be peanut sauce , but was a hot sauce , and 2 packets of soy sauce and napkin with plastic spoon , fork , and knife . Only took about 10 minutes for my order and the host was nice . Got home and was very disappointed with the taste . I get Chicken Lettuce Wraps at several Asian restaurants and this was probably the second worst I have had . Since they gave me a hot sauce instead of peanut sauce , I had some oyster sauce in my refrigerator that I could add a little to , to make it taste a little more appetizing . I just read a bunch of other reviews that had complaints of to salty and other stuff . Mine wasn't too salty , but just kind of bland and ingredients seemed to taste a little old maybe . It just didn't taste right . It's a shame because the old Asian restaurant they had at the Palm's by the tattoo shop was great ! I can't really see myself coming here again or recommending since I see so many complaints . I know I only had one item , but it seems to be a pattern . Hopefully they get their act together .
The service was slow not sure why. We can at 11p.m and it was only three other people in the restaurant. The food was great,so that made up for the slow service. The lobster fried rice was excellent. We will give this place another try the next time we're in town.
Send noodles is a great lunch spot. I ordered my food to go and was very happy with service! I will admit the food is average but good enough for me to keep going back.
I am a regular at the Palms Casino and eat at the Send Noodles regularly at night but this was the first time dining for lunch. The host and the wait staff were great. I ordered a deluxe fried rice and Pad Thai for lunch. I sent the fried rice back because the rice was mushy. I asked to be fried more. I waited about 2 mins and the dish came back still uncooked. I asked the waitress for the check and told her to throw away the fried rice. I asked for the chief. The chef Francis Ma and the supervisor came, and I told them about the undercooked fried rice. The chef rudely said to me that he only uses fresh rice for the fried rice, which is the reason for fried rice being mushy. The supervisor and I told him that fried rice should not be so mushy. I don't think he understood what we were saying. A Chinese restaurant chief doesn't know how to make fried rice? Worst fried rice EVER and the chef was rude. I'll never go back for Sends Noodles for lunch again. I'm going back to Tim Ho Wan for lunch where I can get tasty food and friendly service.
I tried eating here two days ago with my son and boyfriend. I ended up leaving hungry and upset because they discriminated against us. The Asian host sat two Asian families before us even though our name was higher on the list. The host asked us to put our name and number on the waitlist so she could call us. So we sat down and waited patiently for 30 minutes. After that time we went back to check on our status, and she had clearly crossed out two names right under ours and never even called us. They sat a large party of eight and a small party of four - both Asian families who spoke Mandarin. We were very upset and asked for the manager and told her that this was discrimination just because we’re not Asian/spoke Mandarin, they skipped us. There’s a wait list for a reason. Needless to say we won’t be going back. It was a lesson for my son as well, when someone treats you unfairly, you speak up.
When I first came here a week ago I had Beef Chow Mein and it was delicious. Today I tried the Beef Tendon Soup and it was very disappointing. The stock had no taste to it. The Beef was tender and good, But this biggest downfall was the noodles. The noodles were all stuck together like a big ball. I had to take bites out the sides to get them separated. I do hope next time I come back it’s better.
Poor service that included being asked what we wanted within a literal 10 seconds of getting the menu, getting hounded to give the order and then ignored. The food was mediocre to poor. Nerp. Would not recommend and would do McDonald's or Panda Express first.
As the puzzle of the remodeling of the Palms continues to be revealed more and more fantastic restaurants pop up... This new restaurant is located in the space that once was the original High Roller room at the Palms. It housed the Bar, cigar humidor, Blackjack and Baccarat tables that had the likes of every celebrity and athlete of the 2000's. That high limit room has now moved and they very smartly and creatively added this noodle shop into this space. This shop has a great menu and variety of great food and drinks. The host politely found us a seat quickly, our server promptly got our drink orders and then took our food order. We watched as the cooks quickly looked over our order and very quickly started preparing the food. When our food arrived it was very well plated and almost didn't want to eat as it was so pretty....anyway 10 minutes later it was all gone and it was soooooo good. They have great soups, entrees, drinks and desserts. If your ever in the neighborhood I suggest you try this for a great dinner.
Cindy is our server and she wowed us with her kind and upbeat personality, suggesting items on the menu by popularity. She says the place has been open for over a month. We ordered tempura green beans, XO shrimp udon, and mushu pork. The shrimp was a little disappointing. It was medium sized filler shrimp, not jumbo shrimp. But it was still delicious! We took a chance and we are extremely pleased!
