When they follow you around to the point of pure obnoxiousnous, return the favor. Follow them around. Maybe stand near them awkwardly? Ask them how their day is going, but only after they have been watching you for awhile so that it's extra strange. Anyway, I understand loss prevention because I work in retail p/t but these people are over the top and NOT subtle about it.

As someone who doesn't know anything about make up, I found this store to be very well organized, the staff to be knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had a gift card and Danielle did a great job helping me find just the right product for me that fit within my price range. 10/10 would recommend!

Went here with my wife today. We shop at Sephora alot in WA state and are always satisfied. The experience we had today was the worst customer service we've seen at this type of establishment. The young woman "helping" us was not willing to look for items we saw on their website and was condescending when we asked. We also noticed this location was not clean like we're used to seeing at Sephora. This was the first time I've seen my wife walk out of a Sephora without buying things. For that I thank this young lady for being impatient with us. I would recommend another location for anyone looking for good service.

I went to this store with my little sisters. The employees at this store constantly followed us around and clearly kept a close eye on us. We felt incredibly discriminated. They pretended to fix something in every isle we looked in. They even just stood there and watched at one point. My sister even overheard them asking if security was on their way yet. We did not feel like a customers. I recommend you train your employees not to follow your customers around. I understand people steal, but we weren't even being suspicious. We were being watched as of we were known criminals.

I went into Sephora today and asked a question about a hair product the woman I asked said she hadn’t clocked in yet and would come back to help me. I was pretty surprised because if I was at work and someone asked for help I’d help them then clock in and not complain about it. The reason for the five star review is another employee came to help me and had amazing customer service. She talked to me about my hair and we picked the product that was best for me. She also gave me a free gift at checkout and was really sweet I wish I would of got her name. She really recovered what could of been a bad experience!
