At least 4 different staff members asked me and my mom if we were doing OK or if they could help us. Aggressively helpful. They will help you find things you didn't even know you were looking for and fulfill needs you didn't even know you had. 100% will come here in the future instead of waffling around online for hours looking for the right shades or textures.
Philosophy Amazing Grace, this is the most Heavanly perfume. It's not an overwhelming scent. It smells great with hints threw the day. I love the lotion it has a nice texture. And the bodywash, has lots of fragrance as well. I even got a gift bag as a bonus. Everyone should try this at least once. You will not be disappointed. Will buy again

Update: I don’t think it’s a coincidence I got a stye in my eye two days after my appointment. I’m not sure they’re properly cleaning their tools and/or makeup palettes.
This location is smaller but you wouldnt know because the employees are super kind and helpful every time.
I picked out a shampoo and conditioner the gentleman told me that I pulled samples and proceeded to go in the drawer where he pulled 2 shampoos which I accidentally purchased. I tried asking about redeeming my sephora points and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I will ONLY shop online from now on.

I went in couple days ago and it’s a nice store, but since I went with a couple other friends the employees were always checking up on us and I do appreciate the service but the way the employees were talking to us and starring at us like we couldn’t afford anything kinda ruined my experience. I felt like they thought we were trying to steal or something. I just want to enjoy shopping with my friends without being judged and feel like a normal human being who’s literally just trying to shop with her friends.
