Beauty Lesson with Felicia five stars! Felicia was professional, a great listener, and very knowledgeable. She recommended excellent products and instructed me on creating the perfect “no-makeup” makeup look. It was a very busy Saturday night and she still brought the energy and creativity! It was exactly the experience I was hoping for. Thank you.
This is why I order online. The employees looked annoyed every time I asked about a fragrance. They do not care about making a sale at all. I asked one lady about a travel size. She looked in the drawer and said yes we have it then walked away. She really didn’t want to make eye contact with me. I stopped her again and said I would like to buy it. Never again.
The manager Sunny at the Perimeter location is very rude, I watched her scroll on her phone minutes before she left even looked up and acknowledged any customers, when I asked was anyone working the fragrance area today she loudly exclaimed I am in a rude tone. No one chose this job for you so fix your attitude. Everyone else including the cashiers were extremely helpful.
There are employees standing around in this store avoiding assisting customers. A employee approached me and asked if I needed assistance, she avoided waiting to hear my answer and walked off before I could answer. The employees are standing around chatting to each other and side eyeing customers while talking on body microphones to one another. Tiffany is the only helpful person, she helped me and I noticed her going above and beyond to help others. There were at least 10 employees working at this location, there are too many products to have unhelpful employees staffed.
Hard review to leave. Like Sephora. But this location needs improvement. This store is great when brand ambassadors are working. I have had great customer service during holiday shopping in November in the past. But unless brand ambassadors are there, it's not typically that great here. Feb 26 was sub-par. I was in store shopping from about 1:05-1:20. Their were about 7 employees I could see and about 12-15 shoppers. 1 employee was stocking and cleaning. One was actively helping a customer. Two were talking to each other. And 3 more were talking to each other. I tried to locate several products, but the ones I wanted weren't available on the displays. I also wanted to try a few colors. Once I determined I needed that assistance, I purposely stood close to the two employees talking to each other. They were side eyeing other shoppers and gossiping. I stood there at least 5 minutes while I checked stock online to see if the products I wanted were available online for store pick up and determine if it was worth my time to check this store's backstock. These gossip girls didn't acknowledge me, and when they started discussing a mutual friend, I walked away to take a pic of the products so I could remember it later. Only then did another employee walk by notice and acknowledge me. I asked her if anyone could help me and that I wanted to try a few colors and check stock. She said she would color match me but needed to clear out her device. I figured that meant a short wait. So, while waiting, I started online shopping for the items that were unavailable at this location for store pick up. 7 min past. I noticed the employee clearing out her device was with another customer. At that point, I asked the person cleaning/stocking if they could help me get a product as they showed available, and one of the gossip girls said "I can help you but it will be a minute." So basically, she heard me ask twice for help and didn't help me or her coworkers. AND still dismissed me. So brazen to side eye in front of a customer too. I said "Nevermind I'll shop elsewhere" and left. Corporate needs to 'secret shop' this location and clear out some poor employees. I can't speak to the employees in the skin and hair section, but the gossip girls in makeup nearest the check out displays need a reboot. Shop here if you know exactly what you want and have lots of time. Otherwise, order online like I did. ULTA yeah, I know not typically as service oriented either. and brands specific .coms got my Sephora money today. If I decide to buy the exclusive to Sephora product in the future, it won't be at Perimeter mall. My ambassador experiences were 4 to 5 stars here in the past, but the Perimeter location was a zero today. Walked out empty-handed.
Avoid this store on the weekends. It'll take more than 40 minutes for anyone to acknowledge/help you...and when they do help it's always rushed. They should implement a line outside like Pandora for customers that need longer assistance like finding the right shade of foundation/concealer, etc. It was chaotic and unorganized. Also, the supplies to try on makeup aren't stocked. I left everything i wanted to buy and just went to Ulta instead.
This is a great location and I love that you can access it from outside instead of having to go through the mall - this helps if you're in a rush or do have a need to shop elsewhere in the mall! Be warned - the weekends can get packed!!! Its usually a well stocked location. I recommend ordering online for pick-up if you're in a hurry!
I had the worst experience Thursday feb15 I will never return to this location the staff around 4 ish was terrible! I didn’t get any help they follow me and my friend around watched us pick every item we ended up just leaving ! I will never spend a dime in this location and i will be reaching out to the cooperate office
I went in yesterday wanting to see/order a product for my girlfriend and so i asked apparently the on duty manger. He said he would couldn’t help me but that we would send over makeup person i was like ok sorry thank you and i waited a about 20 mins and no one came i had to ask a lady in the perfume side to see if she could help but i heard her say on the radio that i needed help In makeup. I proceeded to wait another 20 mins and i saw the manager i had talked to help out a customer even tho he told me he couldn’t help me. I ended having to wait in line so i can get some help i wasted almost and hour waiting around for some help. They need to do better because that was rude of him to do that and the fact NO ONE came to help me. This is terrible a location you have better luck going ANYWHERE else but here. And the only people who were helpful was two ladies a cashier and a makeup person.
I had the worst service from the cashier yesterday. The store was already a crowded mess she could’ve at least made the interaction fun. She didn’t ask if I wanted to use my points, didn’t offer my Sephora birthday gift. I had to remind her of those things. Sephora’s customer service really went down hill.
