Was visiting Vegas from Illinois…..Probably my 10th time to Vegas I LOVE Sephora and I’m actually at Sephora back home maybe 3-4 times a month Went here for my LAST MINUTE O/S setting spray……MY FAVORITE I thought it was just me but I wasn’t going crazy, I was paying attention very well but didn’t want to overreact. I wasn’t greeted once I went into this location. The workers watched me like a hawk as if I was stealing or something or like I wasn’t suppose to be thereNo one was in line once I got to the register but the cashier told me she was taking care of a customer. But NO CUSTOMER was there. I feel like she just didn’t want to serve me. She was younger with a FACE FULL OF MAKE-UP. I didn’t get her name. -Hopefully she was just having a bad day and it wasn’t what I thought it was. But I’m sure of it. People like that you just have to PRAY FOR.

I went to this Sephora in town square and they were extremely rude and I felt like I was targeted from what I was wearing , first off it was cold and I wanted to be comfy and warm so I was wearing a old sweater and some old joggers I walked in and went straight to the perfumes since that all I wanted. right away someone came up to ask if I needed help and when I said no they just kept watching me and my husband and sister, two of the employees keep watching and one was following my sister around the store not even helping her just watching her and when I was done and went to pay the rudest girl ever was at the register she asked if anyone helped us and I said no I was buying a perfume and I asked a random employee if they can grab a perfume for me and with a rude attitude she said “ than who grabbed this for you” and I said a lady i didn’t get her name , she than proceeds to ask for our number for the points and my husband tells her and she just stops him and says “ type it in “ this whole time she has attitude she has the nastiest face towards us. I left so unmotivated to keep shopping

Just wanted to say thank you so much to Yesenia for all her help today with getting my grandma, mom and I appointments forgetting our makeup done for my cousins wedding in 2 weeks. She went above and beyond to help secure the times we need to make our day run smoothly.

Michelle is the most amazing employee!!! She was so knowledgeable and referred me to great products! I would always go see her!

Probably my least favorite Sephora in the Vegas area. Hardly any items in stock, samples are completely obliterated so you can't test them, and associates don't seem to take you seriously when your face isn't plastered with makeup. I think this is also the only Sephora where I have been asked multitudes of times if I needed help. Practically every three minutes. Probably because I stick out as I wasn't wearing make up. Who really knows. It was very overwhelming and brought myself to my usual Sephora.

The rudest workers ever! Complained to the manager and she just brushed me off. Had a worker just stand right between my girlfriend and the shelf without even saying excuse me and the manager told me “well she was helping another costumer.” Disrespectful!!

The place is great they made my daughter look like a princess
