Sephora

There is literally another Sephora two blocks from where I live, but have been too busy lately to get over there. So when I was in the Quarter for another reason, I stopped in here. Everything is well organized. I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I asked the clerk and she walked me straight to where I needed to be. Great customer service! Such a clean store!

Went in in the whim looking for a match to be Bare Minerals concealer. Nice lady attempted to assist and informed me about a 30 day return policy which I was unaware of. I ended up returning the 1 I purchased but returned it the next day. I found a better match concealer. At Sephora, I did purchase an amazing new scent from Chloë. Nomad is a beautiful scent. I’m happy that I went in the store.

I hated driving through the crowd. Never been in this part of Louisiana where everyone is partying. I hated it. People everywhere like cows feeding on hay. This kind of store should be around the outer area. Cars backed store was closing and still not parked but when I finally parked i hot what i needed and got out. I dnt drink anymore but these stores should be elsewhere!! Not much of help in the store and i has to locate someone. Never going there again. I lobe what they have but im going back to Ulta

The largest Sephora I've ever been in! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean, well stocked and orderly.

As a French Quarter resident I am grateful for this store. High quality products, high quality atmosphere.... perfect!

I just want to say that Morgan was extremely helpful and got me everything I needed. Thank you Morgan, you're literally why I'm leaving 5 stars. What extremely upset me is that while she was in the middle of color matching me her manager made her stop helping me to work the register. While she went and she checked out the customers I looked to see what her manager was doing,and it was absolutely nothing. She was just standing in the front waiting to welcome people in I guess. I was disgusted in the fact that instead of being a proactive manager and checking out the customers that were waiting in line she made one of her workers leave a customer so she didn't have to do anything. She tried to interrupt us again when Morgan told her I was needing color matches for multiple products. I needed to me matched for liquid foundation, pressed foundation, concealer and tinted moisturizer. I guess since I didn't look the part, so her manager wrote me off. I understand being short staffed but I don't understand why being lazy is okay in this scenario, literally making your team members do more since you don't want to. To the manager who was at work today 4/24/22 around 2 pm please do better, lead by example. And treat everyone with the respect you think you deserve.

I came in after a long Christmas Eve shift. I have to say, every single member of the staff was so sweet, warm and inviting. I walked in with two bottles of wine that my manager had gifted me and was nervous that they would want me to leave it with the security guard. One girl was like "No baby this is New Orleans you come in and do your thing." They were very eager to help even though I was kind of in there on a specific need. The store was immaculately clean!! Happy y'all pulled through this covid mess and are still at this location. Y'all about to get all my tip money. Thank you for being so awesome!!!!

Very nice, very clean following covid 19 guidelines. The employees are great very knowledgeable it shows that they love their job. So many beautiful choices in make up and skin care everything you can dream of for your hair also.
