On a walking tour, wish we would of had time to shop

I purchased the product this morning from Paz. She gave me HER Tresor personal number and email. The number is non working and so is the email. The product by evening has my under eyes peeling and very sore. I contacted the number on the receipt and someone claiming to be the owner said he couldn't help me and I would need to call tomorrow and speak with Sarah the manager. I reported it to the BBB and every site I can think of posting. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute if this is not returned and refunded by morning.

Abosulutely brutal. I was just walking down the street with husband and we were in a rush to get to our lunch reservation. They offered us a soap sample that we politely accepted. Then they started talking about how to use it and took them back and started wrapping them for us forcing us into the store. We were trying to politely break away when she started going on about wanting to give me another sample for my eyes. I agreed to b be polite. But then Shelly started removing my eye make up. And put something on me telling me I had to sit there while it dried. My husband was blocked outside by the two women paying out soap samples and was getting impatient. I had to forcefully leave the place and she was arguing with me trying to five me to stay. It was the first time In our trip that I have been uncomfortable. This is by far the pushiest scam in New Orleans. I say no thank you to the gentlemen with the shoe cleaning and the beads and they wish me a nice day. These women were pushy and aggressive and started calling us rude as we finally broke away. Steer clear.

DO NOT GO IN! TOPTAL SCAM! They stand at the door and offer free samples and then fast talk you inside. I made the mistake late in the eveing and have financially regretted it. The products do not work. This is a scam. You will be told how beautiful you are and will be shown pictures of people with half their faces greatly improved by the product. Who walks around if half a face looking better thant the other? You can't think because they are talking and fawining all over you. Most people are on vacation and that is exactly why the store is located here. You have no recourse when you come to your senses, try the exorbantly priced product and realize it DOES NOT WORK! They will not work with you for any refund amount even after they told you how much they "love" you in the store and this is a special price only for you. Learn from my mistake. Do not go in!

After trying to high pressure sell me $199 eye cream, I said no and the sweet sales guy turned super nasty and called me cheap. So petty.

I loved this store and their products! Thank you so much for helping me, I'll definitely come back in the future!

This company is unethical and a scam. My advice, don't purchase any items from them.
