Great coworking space In convenient Camelback location with lots of amenities, including parking and easy building access. I’ve been here 4 months and love it. The internet is extremely fast and the printers/copiers are easy to use. Everyone has their own separate secure WiFi network too. Highly recommend.

The host was great and made himself available at all times! He made sure our needs were met and that everything went according to plan! I would recommend this spot for anyone looking at a space to host any type of professional event!

We filmed a scene for a commercial at Serendipity Labs and it was outstanding. Heiner, the manager, was a fantastic host. A consummate businessman, he was gracious from start to finish, keen to accommodate, and attentive to our needs. Will return again, gladly. Thank You!

I've been a tenant of Serendipity since this location was opened earlier this year. The place is well located and has great amenities, however, what sets this place apart is their on-site team. Rachel, Heiner and Jesus are simply great. They always make my clients feel welcome, and they are always happy to help.

Great coworking environment and personal office space

Great facility! The location was center to many businesses throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale Market, parking was great and the venue support team handled everything. Heiner Zacher did a great job pre/post event.
