Seven years ago, I had a vehicle repaired at this location. They were prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job and I believe I left a 5-star review at the time. I don't know what's happened since then. Two weeks ago, a motorist hit my car so I need repairs again, and based on my previous experience, I immediately thought of this location. It has now been 5 business days since I brought my car in to have pictures taken of it. I have not received an estimate. I am told different stories - "the estimator was off last week", "the other estimator has a family emergency", "the estimator is a week behind", etc. I was told definitively on 11/3/2022 that I would receive an estimate by COB 11/4/2022. Unsurprisingly at this point, I have not received an estimate. I am sorry I considered this location and am now looking at other options. Just wanted everyone to be aware - if you bring your car here, they're "too busy" and the guy is "too far behind" to even give you an estimate. Do you think they'll fix your car?
Sevice King did an excellent job on repairing my car. After dealing with another repair company that made excuses about getting parts because of Covid affecting the supply chain. I switched to Service Kings. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. They had my car less than two weeks and returned my car to me better looking than when I brought it from the dealership.Services: Painting
Totally the best service. Great people and they take care of the customer. Ashley at the front office is awesome and explains everything that will take place with your vehicle. Ashley is 5 stars and more and makes Service King shine even more brilliant. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you Ashley and to all the Service King crew.
I will keep putting bad reviews because they buy new ones to say they did good work! I will be calling and doing everything in my power for them to own up to their mistake for this is deceptive trade practice. We have before pictures and the manager blamed us for the damage they did to our SUV. Then when I wrote the first bad review said I didn't have to do a bad review in a very rude way. Instead of apologizing. First time when they said it was ready had paint streaks and smears. The second they said it was ready they chipped the bumper. They painted it and a week later paint is smeared and runny very bad work! I will never go to this place ever again ! I am contacting the owner. Plus filing many complaints due to not wanting to do their job correctly the first time. I will complain until my car is done right.Services: Painting
I wish I could say I had a great experience because the store manager was great and tried to make our experience as good as possible. It was like playing the telephone game with them I wasn't getting timely updates. I also feel that my vehicle stayed way too long in that shop. It was there for about 3 weeks for a bumper ans sensor change and while I understand parts are backed up its still ridiculous. Also, when I finally got ahold of the person that was supposed to let me know the final price it sounded like he wanted me to take my car elsewhere and was insisting 9n me running it through my insurance even though I had stated multiple times I would pay out of pocket. He also mansplained to me for 40 minutes over and over what was been done. I asked him several times to get my vehicle repaired and he kept mansplaining the same thing over in over. Idk if he thought I was stupid and broke because I have disabled female veteran plates. But I can't say my experience was good. Also, the Hispanic female at the front was so rude and jot helpful at all I think her name was Andrea or something like that. I just hope you guys use your insurance if you're gonna use this location. It was so difficult to get an answer 9n anything better to have someone else deal with it. Car looks good though.
Very bad work they damaged my vehicle and claimed it was us that damaged it. We had the prof of their fealty lie! Shame on their horrible work! The paint work they did after damaging my bumper is running and not smooth at all! The manager their is rude a real jerk! I am so disappointed and disgusted by the overall work they get less then a zero rating! The job is still not done correctly after one month of unprofessional work!Services: Painting
Please don't go to this location. I went there because I had a car accident and the insurance sent me there. MY MISTAKE So they had my car for like 3 weeks and I had the pick up date but they changed it because they didn't finish the repairs of my car. I had to wait more time. Also they broke my car battery and they didn't take the responsability because it wasn't from the car accident". So I had to buy a new battery! My car was perfect even with the accident. My battery was ok. But they ruined it! All the repairs of my car they didn't do it right! The hood wasn't straight. They put an used piece and they said they will order a new one but it's been like 2 months and they never call me back. Even the manager call me and said that if I don't complain about it they won't do anything. I did complain and still the same. My car light has a open spot between the light and the hood. They didn't place it correctly. They didn't glue a piece on the car right. Everything was wrong. So please don't go to this location. They don't care about your car. It's all about money. One more thing I'm latina. So I prefer to speak spanish sometimes. There's a big old man and I asked him for somebody who can speak spanish and he made me a racist face! Shame on you.
State Farm recommended this workshop we waited 10 days for an appointment. We arrived at the appointment on time, the customer service desk, we waited for more than an hour and a half to do the paperwork. Now to deliver the keys, they tell us that the manager of the workshop does not ask us to return in 2 weeks to make a new appointment to leave the car to start repairing.
