LV Audio Tint Rims & Customs

I needed to get my windows tinted as the AC in my car could not keep up with the las vegas hot sun. They showed me what they offered and I was impressed. I asked how soon they could do it and they said their next appointment was about a week out. Luckily, they had a cancelation and called me to ask if I could do it the next day. I thought this was great. Not many car shops would do that. Brought the car in and you could see the quality. Lifetime warranty. I am happy with my purchase. I highly recommend..

Very difficult to get a hold of, and they only allow groupon vouchers to be user on on certain days of the week. So It took over a month to get an appointment. Not to mention I did my pre-appt consultation and they asked if I had previous tint I told them yes. They didn't mention a fee of 125 dollars would be applied on top of the price of the coupon. So it's not really that good of a deal at all. My last issue is that I paid for the package yet they didn't complete everything. The forgot to do windshield visor. They made made mess of my car. I can clearly see streaks of solution were left running down the interior doors. Wouldn't advise buying Groupon

Took two of my cars here to get tinted. One with the Groupon and other cash. Honestly they were both done beautifully.

I got a new remote auto start installed a couple of months ago. Seems to work great. My only issue is now the locks don't automatically lock when the engine starts and unlock when the engine turns off. I just have to remember to hit the button to lock the doors. The pricing was reasonable and scheduling the appointment was easy with a quick turnaround. I would definitely come back to this place. Update** they contacted me after I posted this review and asked that I bring it back in. Went in this morning. After making sure the autostart was correctly installed, they said there wasn't any way to fix the locks back to what they did before. It's a little inconvenient, but the convenience of a remote start far outweighs the locks. Their customer service is top-notch. Will come back again. Thank you LV Audio!

Came in for tinting as scheduled only to find out that there is a regular paying customer schedule and a Groupon paying customer one. However, they were able to fit my other vehicle in. Customer service was really good. Professional and courteous. Shop is clean and customer area clean. I pick up my car in couple hours and will update review... Picked up vehicle. Looks good! I am someone who tinted windows for 10 years therefore am particular. This was a great job with no noticeable lint/dust. Very happy with result and would absolutely recommend LV Audio/Tint.

I’ve tried other places and after i founded Lv Audio this is my number one option. Best prices in town and great customer service. I’ve done my cars remote staters lights and my windows tinted. Had 2 cars windows tinted here 5 years ago and the tint is still in perfect condition. Just brought our daughters car there as well and as always we get the BEST customer service. Thanks again Ismael!! You guys do fantastic work, we will be lifetime customers.

Spoke with Ismael on my first visit. He’s super friendly and explains everything well enough for me a person who doesn’t understand audio stuff that well to know what’s going on. I had 2 10 shallow mount kickers put in with Tint installation as well. Everything looks, works, and sounds great. I wasn’t able to get the gentlemen’s name who actually worked on my truck but he also tested out the system and explained a little bit about it. Will definitely take my Colorado or future cars and friends here 10/10

Customer service was great! Someone cancelled their appointment so I got to come in early and they got me all settled and started working on my car right away! Beforehand they even showed me what tint they have and see how each tint percentage feels like against heat.

Really great customer service. Ishmael is very friendly and helpful. My tints look great. Plus lifetime warranty, that's awesome. Update. I txt for a repair since my passenger side started peeling, no response... Update: He responded in here, but I've moved out of state so won't be getting it fixed here.
