Good place to live...excellent leasing staff, clean property too

I've lived here for about five years; the first two or three years the community was great; quiet neighbors, good customer service in the leasing office, and in my opinion the grounds were better kept.  The current state is much more sub-par.

Amazing office staff and well-kept property. Maintenance staff are nice and service requested are completed within a timely manner. This property is recommended.

Well maintained, community, knowledgeable management.

Worse place to live at management Sheila and Gale very disrespectful hangs up on your face, charges you unnecessary fees. Trash always outside of dumpster boxes big bags beds etc. DO NOT MOVE HERE NOT WORTH IT!

When I toured they were really nice but out of my budget range but may revisit.

Seven Springs is an awesome place to live.  The staff are very nice and professional; they really care about their residents.  Johnathan rocks! He takes time listening to issues and resolving them, quickly. I'm really pleased with living here!
