Got a silk press done in 2016. Im a 4C natural with thick healthy hair and had strong, healthy hair the day of my visit. The stylist kept passing the flat iron over the same section of hair multiple times and then told me my hair is breaking and thin and suggested i cut a huge chunk of it.
