SG Pet Palace

If I could give them more stars I would! LOVE LOVE LOVE this facility. Everyone who works there is amazing. The owner has trained both of my dogs (1 dog was so aggressive I thought I was going to have to give her away). They love my dogs like they are their own, and treat them as such. They go all the time for the Doggy Daycare & Boarding. I travel about 7-15 weeks out of the year, I would never leave my dogs with anyone but SG Pet Palace. They use to have a crappy groomer but they got rid of her and hired 2 more super amazing groomers. If you read reviews from a year ago about the groomer I agreed with them. My dogs hated her and she did a crappy job. The two new ones are amazing!

Have had my toy poodle groomed twice by Sheleyse, and she did an excellent job both times! Honey is no spring chicken at 15, but Sheleyse was able to perfectly coif her without irritating her delicate skin or offending her sensibilities. In fact, my poodle was extremely HAPPY to come back, which told me everything I needed to know about how well she was treated. They have also taken care of my mother's guinea pig for a couple nights with no complaints. I purchased an adorable leather collar on clearance, but was somewhat disappointed that new merchandise hasn't been added. Either way, I recommend the grooming and boarding services. I have yet to try doggy daycare.

Cinna and Denim love to visit their friends here when we can't take them with us on some trips. They're well taken care of then come home happy and exhausted!

3new groomers!! I have only used Jessica personally but I've heard good things about Vanessa and Sheleyse. Jessica did a great job with my boarder collie and with my deaf dog. She took the time to really ask me what I wanted and it was pretty cheap. I will definitely be using her again.

I board my parrots (2 caiques) there & they like all the activity in the front area. Birds are placed behind the cash register area so they can see everything that is going on. They come home happy & relaxed.
