Nice store clean and employees are nice. The pricing for the puppy’s is crazy expensive. You can get the same puppy from a shelter or a specific breeder for cheaper. Every other animal though is nicely priced and I always go there for my fish and I got my leopard geckos from there. Every animal I have bought from them has been healthy enough. Very positive experiences definitely will return.

I would give this place zeros stars if I could. It’s so sad that they keep those poor puppies in those small glass cages. Who knows how often they really clean them. Puppies look super skinny for their ages and the prices are outrageous!! Also the dogs probably have a disease that they don’t tell you about because they’ve been in the glass. What do they do with the dogs when they don’t get adopted? Think about it. It also smells REALLY gross. Fish tanks looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks.

I'd give 5 stars for selection but that's really the only thing worthy of that. Customer service is really an issue here. I'm always very nice when I go into the store. And sometimes the employees are nice in return. But about half the time it doesn't matter how nice anyone is, there are just sour employees. Getting help when you need it is slow. And it's true about how the animals are caged and treated. I know they say they are very careful but the evidence isn't there. I've grown to love Petco even more because of such consistent customer service, cleanliness and animal treatment. I will say however, we bought a few hamsters there and one of the employee's talked me into buying wet tail drops which I didn't even know existed. I was so grateful for that and never caught without it. It has saved so many of our hamsters by using the preventative method. So thank you for that! Not a bad store. Just needs to be bigger with better, more roomy, for proper animal care.

Went there today looking into starting a salt water tank. Clay was so absolutely amazing and helpful, and very knowledgeable. We appreciate all of his help, and his service! He treated my family and I so well, and was so helpful! We will be returning frequently to buy all our fish needs!!!

Horrible horrible customer service. I bought a ball python from this place. The snake was healthy and fine but they sold me the wrong stuff for the snake. I tried to return it. When we walked in and said the items they have sold me did not do its job. The manager then said he didn't sell me it. Even though he is the exact guy. We bought the package recently, so it not like he could of forgot. I asked if we could speak to the employee next to him instead, as we spoke on the phone with him. He did not let us. We ended up getting kicked out with my wife and 3 kids. We were told that if we came back again, they would call the police on us for trespassing. Do not go here. Horrible and rude employees. I would rate this place lower if I could.
