5 stars this place is a must to go with friends or family. They are so nice Kai , Derek and the whole staff are like the Justice League. When I have a bad day they save it and I just want to say the chicken the shakes the fries are all excellent too. It’s well lit, not too loud and very good to chat and eat.Food: 5/5
We were looking for a casual place for lunch that wasn't $50 a person. This was within walking distance, so that's where we went. When you come in, they have a machine to take your order. If you have been there before you know what to get, but never having been there, it was a lot to go through. My spouse got the burger and I got a chicken sandwich. I also opted for one of the shakes. The food looked wonderful. The fries were cold and had no salt on them. The burger was ordinary, as was the chicken. The chicken was cooked well and was crunchy. Neither had anything to make it a "must go back" for me. The shake was chocolate salted caramel. What I had this built up to be in my mind wasn't what it was. I didn't get any caramel, and the chocolate had a bitter taste to it. This isn't my favorite meal ever, but it would work for a semi-quick meal that doesn't break the bank.
The Best veggie burgers we’ve had at a fast food chain restaurant in a long time. It was something we just wanted to try at Shake Shack, and the veggie option surprised my already low expectations of a burger joint. The toppings were pleasantly fresh, lettuce crunchy. I found the ‘Shroom burger to be better than the veggie in flavour, but the Veggie burger better in size, so it was more filling. Don’t skip the milkshakes here… they’re reallyyy good. Vegetarian options: We chose the only two vegetarian burger options. The ‘Shroom burger & the Veggie burger. Parking: It was particularly difficult to find parking at the very busy timeframe of 6-8pm on a Saturday night. We parked a few blocks away in order to be able to walk here and later take advantage of the beautiful seashore walkway along Boston’s waterfront downtown.
Shake Shack in Seaport is in a great location! It’s right next to Ben and Jerry’s, so after a hearty meal, you can grab some ice cream and take a stroll around the pier or enjoy the sights from the top of the oyster bar. The food is affordable and tasty, making it a solid choice if you’re in the area. I’d highly recommend it!Food: 4/5
Shake shack seaport is a prime example of good management and well-treated staff. The place runs like clockwork and orders are handed out promptly and on time. My go-to meal from here is fries, chicken nuggets and a shack burger. The quality of food is great. The service is commendable overall. Every time I come here I am not disappointed Thank you Vegetarian options: Mushroom burger, veggie burger Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible
First time visiting Shake shack and had high hopes. I wanted to order at the counter but the lady refused to take the order and just pointed to the auto order screens. I ordered the classic double burger and fries. The food was OK even though I felt the meat was a little raw for my taste. The atmosphere is nice where you can sit with a friend and have a nice talk
Very nice, clean and welcoming, environment. I came here with my family, we had a great time. The Food was great, tasted well, the fries where great. Not too salty, they hit the spot. I have a gluten allergy, and they took that very serious and where extremely professional about it. There was a small problem with my order, and the Manger took care of it, with no problem. Really great customer service. I appreciate that and I will be returning.
Great customer experience we had as a family. The one who served our food George was excellent. It was the day before Mother’s Day May 11,2024 on a bright, sunny day after our good walk around the Seaport / Marina area. Vegetarian options: Good Dietary restrictions: Good Kid-friendliness: Good
shake shack’s burgers and fries are delicious. i’ve yet to try everything on their menu because a burger and fries are always a hit. i would love to try more things off their menu. from the kiosk we ordered two shake shake burgers. one single and one double. i customized my single and requested pickles, tomatoes , shack sauce, lettuce and well done. it came with cheese, not well done and without pickles or lettuce. which was disappointing but i just added pickles on it. easy fix. i’ll report back with how my stomach tolerates this cheese. my son got their veggie burger with no cheese and he enjoyed it. thankful they didn’t add cheese. we also ordered fries which were fresh and lightly crunchy. the drinks we chose were lemonade , basil pomegranate, pomegranate half and half with tea. overall is was pretty yummy. the staff were kind. it was clean and not busy. overall we spent about $50 after tipping for 3 people. i do wish that fries automatically came with every burger though.
Food is always amazing, but today the service was exceptional. Having dinner with my toddler. When delivering our food, the staff member asked if I needed anything else. I asked for ketchup somehow missing the condiment station weary traveler, and did I mention the toddler?. This kind young man got the ketchup for us. It was such a simple thing, but this small act of kindness made my day a bit brighter. As we were eating, I noticed this same young man continually wipe down tables after guests finished their meals. Dietary restrictions: Has gluten free options
