All aboard! Shake Shack has arrived at Fulton Center on the corner of Broadway and Fulton Street. Located on Level Two, the Fulton Center Shack serves up all the beloved Shake Shack classics to daily commuters and tourists alike, along with the Cold Fashioned concrete, made with old fashioned glazed cake doughnut from Doughnut Plant.

This is an atmospheric shake shack in the Fulton Center. The food takes a while to arrive, and the food can get expensive quite quickly. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger and iced tea, and I’d give the food a 7.7/10. The space is a bit crowded, but it’s not the worst shake shack that I’ve ever been to.Food: 4/5
Shake Shack is justifiably renowned for its burgers, but it’s the frozen custard that rockets it into a category all its own. So thick! So creamy! So satisfying! The shakes are always great, but my usual order is just vanilla with malt powder, either sprinkled on top or mixed in. Try it! As for this location specifically, it’s very solid and usually not too crowded. Nice staffers, as well.
Do these kids go through any training, or are they just naturally lazy, unwillingly able to up sale, or do they just simply don't care ? How about saying, after I ask for my burguer, will you like a drink , fries a shake.... instead of saying, is that all ? Geez. I guess it's a millennial thing. The play could be cool, but they made no effort for the great they got. Also, feel grimmy biderline Grease and dirty. Lazy space atmosphere reflects lazy employees. Some not all
Very unpleasant experience of cleaning while eating. No consideration for customers, window cleaner will use their product 1M away from the customer. Never again in this branch.Food: 4/5
You will enjoy the food here at Shake Shack if you like the flavor of cardboard. The burger was absolutely dry and boring. We waited 30 mins at 10 in the night when it wasn’t even that busy. The dining area was dirty and unattended. I guess Shake Shack is not for me.Food: 1/5

I loved every minute of my visit to Shake Shack! My cashier, Shaniyah was patient and gave great food suggestions. She also took the time to let me sample a few of the drinks before instead of letting me waste money. The servers were quick and nice. The entire restaurant was clean and had a cute little vibe going. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend the food and the experience. Dietary restrictions: I was able to adhere to my diet with their simplified ingredients. Kid-friendliness: There were people there with children and they even a diaper changing station in the bathroom. Wheelchair accessibility: There’s an elevator to get you to their restaurant.
I've been aware of, heard good things about, and had been looking forward to trying Shake Shack. I'm sad to say it's just okay and I won't be seeking them out for meals in the future. The burgers and fries were not great and neither approached their hype. Moreover, the price is just not worth it. You may think differently, and that is okay.
