Wendy's

The service here is very poor. I downloaded the app to get the free ten piece chicken nugget offer it gives. When I got inside the person at the register scanned the offer but didn’t know how to apply it to my order. When another worker came to help they had to re-scan for the offer again. Because of this I was told that the offer was ineligible because they scanned the app twice. So I never got my free offer and didn’t get anything except a “it says it doesn’t work anymore”. The customer service was terrible and the lack of knowledge the workers had of their own register shows how this establishment is truly run. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place was horrible. I will not be bringing my business here again and suggest others don’t either

Used to be a go-to place but their quality been dropping lately. The Chicken BLT was tiny and some fries were bad maybe from bad potatoes. Make sure to check the bag before leaving the store for sauces.Food: 3/5

The operator of this restaurant needs to come up with a better system to serve their high volume of customers. There were entirely too many customers for them to be operating with a skeleton crew in the middle of a rush. 30 minutes for a junior bacon cheeseburger is absolutely insane. I don't blame the employees because they were doing what they could. But the operator definitely needs to revamp the service they're providing for their customers.

It is great, only the fries were no salty at all, no taste..few homeless, junkie people was sleeping : and the ordering terminal paying slot was not working. Had to start all over on another terminal. They missed 1of my customized order, great Service they changed it in no second and left us with the extra wrong one as well. RecommendFood: 4/5

I asked for iced tea and I got iced water.. 0 tea flavor. What a disappointment. We all know you put a lot of water in all the drinks like every fast food company to save money but there should be a limit to the acceptable. First time and this happens.. won’t come again there for sure. Hope it’s not like that at every wendy’s.

One of my favorite among American fast-food chains. Good taste, at affordable prices. Even in the center of wall street. Always worth a visit.Food: 5/5

Food is great and staff do a wonderful job keeping track of orders. I went during a lunch rush, which is a flood of people. They forgot some small parts of my order I wanted crackers with my chili but not too bad considering the amount of people inside waiting for orders. I only give 4 stars because of the amount of people when I went, wait time about 30 minutes after placing the order on mobile, and the missing crackers. I would definitely go here again but not during the lunch rush.

Good food. Affordable prices. AMAZING chocolate chip cookies! 4 for $4 is still the favorite! Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, spicy nuggets with the BBQ sauce, fries, and Strawberry lemonade. Can't go wrong!
