Best Shake Shack I’ve been to, to date! One of the top in the franchise for sure. Staff was nice and helpful. The store looked and felt clean and in order compared to other locations. The food was excellent and everything was hot and fresh. Orders were right and they were quick. We saw people ordering and picking up food, as well as delivery pick ups all moving in fast timely manners with no lines. And best of all they actually sanitize and take temps of the food!!! Can’t wait to go back for my shake shack fix
I love this spot. I walked up to the kiosks and ordered my belly full. I made a cash-free payment and went to find my seat to enjoy the ambiance from one of the large tele’s mounted on the wall. I did not see any free wifi, and the back of the restaurant will show a low signal on your phone. The place is clean; the staff is excellent and friendly. It's a great experience. I'll pay them another visit when I go to hang out by domino park.
Ordered the shack and shroom burgers for takeout. Easy to order on the machines. About a 10 minute wait on Sunday. Fries were nice and fresh.
I ordered my lunch by way of Uber eats. I ordered a shack burger and cheese fries. There was hardly any fries in my order and I ordered my burger well done. The burger was completely raw. I’ve been calling the store in hopes of resolving this issue but the phone just rings out. I completely disgusted.
I just have to say it’s the best experience I’ve ever had for a fast food restaurant. Last night I ordered a takeout, I went out 5 meter and suddenly the bag was broken, it dropped on the ground and my milk shake was spilled out everywhere. I just thought what a bad day… I went back to ask them for a new bag. But they redid the whole order for me. It wasn’t a big thing but just warmed my heart…
While located in close proximity to the buses and subway, it's a little out of view from the stops which is probably why it's not as hectic as other locations. As always the food and service is good.Food: 5/5
It was Mt first time trying the chicken. I was not a fan. The French fries were great and the ice cream was being given out while I was ordering. I was super happy about that because I was thinking about getting ice cream and then I ended up getting some anyway! I come to shake shack periodically so it's always cool to get a treat within the treat. Yay!
Ordered from the app and the order was cold, missing items and could not contact the store. Shake shack has gone down hill and they are not professional - have not reimbursed me for the missing items and make it impossible to contact them. Do not order from these people - you will be disappointed. The magic is gone shake shack. Disgusting food. Horrible customer service.
I ordered a shack stack Cz my roommate recommended it, the fries came in super cold it felt like I was eating cardboard. The shack stack came with NO ANGUS BEEF which is the main reason I ordered shake shack. The meat. They delivered it without the meat and just the mushroom cheese was there. I called the branch to comment my concern and the operator said “they’re busy with customers” I love shake shack usually but I am very unsatisfied with this order.
Great burgers, but above all, great service from Daniela, she is your best asset!
