I love the burger and fries at the Shake Shack because they are simply delicious. Even though the location at Grand Central Station is not the the food chain's first restaurant, it is a product of a NYC original. The self order kiosks are convenient and easy to use to customize your meal, even down to selecting the ingredients on my burger. We had a late night meal here on a Thursday. Still, it was pretty busy past 10 at night, but then this is at Grand Central Station. Another cool feature is that the restaurant's tables are made from recycled wood from old New York bowling alleys. Tech friendly, socially conscience, amazing location, and great food is a winning formula in my book.
When I travel to New York I always make sure to visit a Shake Shack. The hamburgers are very tasty and made with quality products. The service at this Grand Central location was quick … and patient since my English is not good.
Located downstairs in the grand central station. The Shake Shack if a decent fast food chain. The meat is very tasty but if you are hungry I do recommend to get a double burger.
The food here amazing. It was fresh and tastes delicious. The only reason why I gave it a 1 star is because I noticed after I took the metro north that food was missing. People working here should be more careful in completing orders, especially if everyone is busy.
Quick service, tasty food. There is alot of sitting sites available but it was pretty crowded even though it was late weekend evening. Big bonus is they were pretty much only ones open at Grand Central dinner area after 10 pm.
If you’re looking for a spot to eat before your plans in NYC, despite how busy it may look, they have machines to order if you prefer ordering that way. Despite that it may seem there are no seats available fortunately we were able to find a table and our food took about 10 mins and they do have someone staffed to walking around, wiping down tables, and super friendly!!
Although I still like Shack burgers I dislike the fact that they only cook it one way .... THEIR WAY. I miss the days when they prepared the burger the way the CUSTOMER wants it, like rare or medium rare. Not everyone likes their burgers cooked medium well .
What do you expect?! It’s Shake Shack! Great burgers I fancy the Shroom Burger, the crinkle fries are undefeated. Only thing is just expect a long wait.
Food was alright pretty bland the only ok thing was the milkshake cheese fries were like dead microwaved cheese. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because I had the worst stomachache ever like really bad
