We offer an exciting collection of Shaker chairs and other furniture that exemplify the simplicity and versatile beauty of Shaker design.

Story

Shaker Workshops makes measured reproductions of Shaker furniture and oval boxes, especially Shaker chairs and dining tables. In addition to what we produce, we sell fine quality American-made crafts--lamps, woodenware, stoneware, and metal--as well as rag rugs and hooked rugs in a wide variety of styles and sizes.

In our Arlington showroom, our furniture is available in two versions: Unfinished kits--easy to assemble, fun to finish, and particularly satisfying for non-woodworkers. Custom finished furniture--you specify stain color and (for chairs) chair tape colors(s) and weaving pattern; we do the rest. Usually takes 3 to 4 weeks.

We also reweave seats on Shaker-style chairs and stools.
