Story

Over 1500 years of history and application is taught. Areas of training include Northern/Southern Fist, Roads of Hua as well as Animal Styles such as Tiger, Crane, Monkey, Mantis, Leopard and Eagle Claw. The Classical Weapons of straight sword, spear, broadsword, kwan tao, hook swords, daggers, chain whip to name a few are found within the art. Internal training in the styles of Tai Chi, Pa Kua and Hsing I along with Buddha Fist, I Chin Ching and Hua To 5 Animal Play are among the classes taught.
