Shaw Middle School

For whoever considering to send their child to this school. Please do not trust the reviews these nasty students with their homeworks missing all the time being frustrated about grades they deserve to get and then never blaming for themselves, but to the school. To be really honest, it is a great school. I can’t say that every teachers excel in education (and that’s called college) but there are so many good teachers that actually deserve being called good. On the other hand, almost no student is dedicated with their own education. There is always a ‘coolkidz’ group that talks for most of their time in every classes, and the students who are actually wanting to learn in school are quite disturbed for most of their time. Students often talk back to teachers, chew gums that had been issues for 3 quarters and some clearly show no effort to develop themselves. It’s a mixture of those who are dedicated and those who are here by the law, but there is always a teacher or counsellor who is dedicated on producing a fine student out of such condition. It’s a good place.

School blows. The principal is rude. they have the audacity to talk to the students in such a rude way. The principal and Vice principal are fake and the staff ladies are rude to the parents and students. I do not recommend this school for anyone

Lately over the year we had threats,fights and way more problems this year and I’ve been suspended two times because of problems and the the office dose not even deal with it all they do is keep you home for three days of keep you at school for two days. Also I think mr.vanderpol should get fired because he talks about my friends I hang out with thinks we’re starting a riot and he thinks it’s wrong on who we choose to be and it’s wrong. And I thought mrs. Raymon was ok for us to be what ever we want to be. They both don’t even help with my problems I have. So what I’m trying to say is this school is stupid and they should do better and maybe fire mr.Vanderpol Mrs.Rayomd also.

School is wack teachers are wack rules are wack staff is wack don't let your children go here you will regret it this school sucks people think that just cuz these are students posting these comments doesn't mean they aren't true this school even has a race//color board of how many kids go to there school teachers are cussing and being disrespectful to students and yes they give us homework most kids don't do it don't mess with our free time we wont mess with yours by doing this wack ass school work

It's an ok school the teachers are good but the office ladies are VERY NASTY to parents and kids and the 8th graders get more opportunitys then the 7th graders
