Shell Gas

Wish I could give -5 stars... corporate managment let this place just go downhill. The McDonald's here is trashy. They are disrespectful and don't care about customers. For the passed 2 months the McDonald's AND the gas station both shut down around 7 or 8 even though it's suppose to be 24 hours. They just let employees close whenever. Had a manager cuss me out and quit because I asked for a $3 refund on a frappe that I mobile ordered and picked up but their machine was broke and they said they couldn't refund me. I was having a panic attack quietly while the manager flipped out on me I didn't even say anything rude. Stay away from this place it's a waste of time. Don't run out of gas here unless you using a card no workers on the overnights as I mentioned.

Mcdonalds attached is hit or miss. Shell is just that, Shell nothing special. It's a gas station/mcdonalds combo though and that's nice.

These are the only 2 diesel vehicles in Ohio, I know this because if there was other vehicles that ran on diesel the two young ladies that parked these here and went in McDonald's to eat would have never been so ignorant and inconsiderate of others if they had known other people need to purchase fuel.

Went to buy gas. Convenient location. The prices "Whew". But it's bad everywhere. Not your fault. Thank you for the service.

Went here for a fill up, but the pump was extremely slow and had to leave and fill elsewhere.

Rude cashier. Never any workers at night.

I want to give them no stars because lately they ain't been open at Normal times and it's aggravating because it's the closes station to my job so I can get what I need in the morning.

The McDonalds attached to the gas station is AWESOME! Food is ALWAYS fresh... Kinda irritated with the gas station as I went to get a money order at 8pm and they said they couldn't sell money orders after 7pm.... I had to drive all over to find somewhere else to but a money order.....

Had to hop off the highway because of low tire pressure today. Not fun! The first gas station I saw was this shell. The lady and man behind the counter were funny and super helpful although the air machine was broken . Still giving it a 5 because they pointed me to the direction of a nearby tire shop that was able to fix my pressure in all my tires perfectly. The man at the gas station told me that I should always get air from a tire shop and it is usually free. New info I never had before! Thanks shell staff!!

Horrible experience in this station cahier down right rufsed to take my chase mobile payment. Was told it wasn't accepted even tho there's pictures on every pump and the cash register saying they do. Wouldn't even attemp to run the payment even after I called corporate while standing in the store. The corporate office tried to tell her they accept Chase mobile pay at the lockborn Rd. location an give directions on how it works and this cashier refused to listen or hear any of it and just keep saying rude things like go down the road there's 10 other gas stations around! This shell is one of two in my area that accept Chase mobile pay so the 10 other stations weren't an option. The chase app gives a QR code the cashier will scan to complete payment an she simply refused to scan the QR code because of her personal opinions about me. I politely ask if she wouldn't mind just scanning it to see what it did if anything before all that happen an the lady just refused an keet insisting I put the phone up to the card reader an that was the only way instead of her scanning the QR code. Before Chase and shell bring these new forms of payments to their station's they need to educate thier employee's on how to use them. I was treated very poorly an disrespected just because she wasn't up to date on current acceptable forms of payment.
